  • How to manage loan default and written off loans by undertaking daily to monthly analysis
  • How to analyze delinquent accounts and prepare report on highest risk

5-Treasury Management

  • Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
  • Forecast daily/monthly cash requirements and execute daily/Monthly financing decisions.
  • Make Surprise Cash Count weekly
  • Control repayment, check cash note, verify balance and deposit to the bank as daily basis.
  • Make a daily cash count with accountant
  • Check bank receipts for loan repayment
  • Control daily cash book and strong room

6-Time and Workload Management

  • Assess and improve current time use for higher payoff
  • Better their home and work life balance
  • Organize work and workspace to avoid wasting time
  • Plan, set objectives, manage multiple priorities

Training Methodology

The training methodology will be focused on Pre- and post-training evaluation: it is used to assess the changes of trainees’ skills, knowledge and attitude before and the end of seminar.

The training methodology will be focused on Experience Based and Participatory Approaches include: lecture, student-centered including brainstorming, role play, small group discussion with plenary presentation, plenary discussion, group work, team involvement in decision making, participants’ problems raised during the workshop for discussion, communication game and any other contributions will be held in high respect.

The LCD projector, flipcharts, posters, color papers, handouts, folders, pens, papers and other stationeries, especially, daily evaluation and final evaluation and other specific materials were used to present key learning concepts and structures and to make good environment for learning and to ensure the training run smoothly and efficiency.

Mr. NHO BANDOL has an MBA in the field of Public Law. He currently works for leading MFIs as Head of Legal and Litigation. He had worked for 7 years’ experience with a microfinance institution, Bank, Real Estate, University and NGOs in the field of Legal, Credit and Operation management. He is an outstanding branch Manager for over three years. He also attended many local and   international practical training programs on staff management, effective performance management, leadership, communication, administration management and human resource management. In addition, I gained many certificates related to Bank and MFI such as: the Certificate of LENDING To SME, the Certificate of Branch Manager Capacity Building, the Certificate of Empowering Leadership, the Certificate of THE USAGE OF FLEXCUBE, the fifth Education Program on development of Securities Market Expertise, Business Continuity Management/Business Continuity Planning, and  Fraud Awareness and Management, and so on.
