MetreyMr. Mech Sokmetrey‚ EVP & Chief Business Officer

After spending 8 years in HKL on marketing and risk management, Metrey has been promoted as the Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer in January 2014. Prior to joining HKL in 2005, Metrey spent more than three years sales and marketing after graduating from the National University of Management. At HKL, in addition to his extensive experience in marketing and risk management, Metrey has been exposed to many diverse practical training programs on management, leadership, productivity management, customer relationship management, balance score-card, micro-insurance and marketing conducted both locally and abroad including in Mongolia, Taiwan, Korea, India, and Indonesia. KhemSaryMr. Khem Sary, Executive Director of MEADA Rabrong Microinsurance Company

Born in December 09, 1980, holds master degree in law from Police Academy of Cambodia in 2011; master degree in development management and bachelor degree in economic science from Norton University in 2007 and 2001 respectively. From 2004 onwards, he has experienced in community based health insurance with GRET-SKY, conducted lot of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) for the low income people at the rural area. In 2007-2009, he held position of Program Manager of microinsurance project of World Vision Cambodia through partner agent model with VisionFund Cambodia. In 2009-2011, he moved to work as chief of administrative office at Police Academy of Cambodia to oversee a dozen of department’s administrative task under his responsibility. Recently, he was promoted by sub degree to be a colonel and was appointed by ministry’s prakas to be a police trainer/lecture. He has proved sound knowledge of management and leadership in various organizations and entities with a wide range of extensive experience in microinsurance sector and he has attended various local and international microinsurance workshops and other financial literacy for financial sector in Cambodia.

HR, Management and Leadership Facilitator and training.

She has been working in human resources and learning and development for over 8 years from Switzerland to Croatia and then to Cambodia. At the age of 24 she was already leading an organization of 400 people in Croatia and she has continued to lead different projects and teams throughout her career. Jelena has run over 200 professional development workshops and over 20 conferences for international participants mainly covering topics in leadership, training and talent management in several countries including Tunisia, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Greece, Switzerland and Malaysia.
